Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation is required at least 16 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge. Stays of 1 to 14 nights cancelled less than 16 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay; stays of 15 or more nights cancelled less than 16 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to 14 nights' stay. This cancellation policy also applies to in-house guests.

This apartment is ideal for a home from home experience and has separate sleeping and living space with fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. It comes fitted with king-size double bed. Foldaway beds for up to two additional guests can be offered to those wishing to maximise the space (the apartment is ideal for a maximum occupancy of 2 people with an additional occupancy of 2 people if you request additional foldaway or air beds). The apartment has been specifically designed by an in-house interior designer with comfort and relaxation in mind. Our one bedroom South Kensington apartment is recently refurbished with bright colours and modern appliances.

Boasting an enviable location in the heart of South Kensington, within easy reach of London's finest shops, top restaurants and most fashionable bars, this great-value apartment provides a comfortable, convenient base for those wanting to explore one of the city's most prestigious areas. Terms & Conditions and Useful Information

Check-in Check in time is from 2pm (14:00). We can sometimes accommodate an early check-in or late check-out; however this will need to be arranged prior to arrival and may incur a fee of up to half the nightly rate.
Check-out Check out time is before 10:00am.

Security deposit A refundable deposit is taken in respect of every booking. This varies between £150.00 and £250.00 depending upon the number of proposed occupants in the apartment at the time of booking. The deposit will be held against any arrears of rent, dilapidations or breakages that may occur. The deposit, or any balance after deductions, will be refunded following the inspection of the apartment used and settlement of all accounts.
Keys You will be provided with one set of keys. Should you require a second set then please contact us.
Luggage Storage We have limited space available to store luggage prior to check-in and after check-out. Any storage will be at the discretion of Housekeeping staff.
Internet Internet access is free of charge.
Safety Deposit Boxes The majority of our apartments are fitted with safety deposit boxes. Should this not be the case and you would like to have one, please notify us as soon as possible.
Smoking The apartment is Non-Smoking.
Car Parking We have secure underground car parking available subject to prior arrangement. We strongly advise that you book car parking at the time of booking your apartment as there are a limited number of spaces available. Parking is charged at £12.50 per day.
Pets As a rule, pets are not allowed in the apartment. However, accommodation may be made at our discretion. A substantial deposit would normally be required.
